We offer you this pretty new house, entirely built conform to environmental standards, located in the Norman town of Varengeville-sur-mer near Dieppe in Seine-Maritime (76).

This house with a floor offer 135m² (161 yr²) of modern comfort in accordance with nature, with a huge garden and a patio which promise good moments of conviviality as a family or with friends. This property – entirely enclosed – assures calm and privacy.

On the ground floor, you will find a great open living space – made of a lounge, a dining room and a kitchen.

A master bedroom can also be found, composed of a bedroom and a shower room equipped with a walk-in shower. The ground-floor is then accessible to disabled persons.

As for the first-floor, it offers you three other bedrooms that also have a shared shower room at their disposal, and a toilet.
